This page exists so you can judge the site the same way we ask you to judge a casino: by what it promises in writing and whether it keeps to it.
Who writes here
The site is written by a small New Zealand desk. Pages are drafted by the person who went through the operator’s terms and cashier pages, then read by a second person before publication. We do not publish guest posts, we do not sell pages, and no page on this site was written by an operator or its agency.
Commercial links
Some outbound links are commercial and may earn the site a commission. Three rules keep that away from the editorial side: the commission rate is never a scoring input; a brand without a commercial deal can and does appear in our tables; and a brand that fails on payouts is removed regardless of what it pays.
Sources
Facts about rules and law come from the source, not from other casino sites. New Zealand gambling is governed by the Gambling Act 2003 and administered by the Department of Internal Affairs; licensed online operators are due from 1 December 2026. Where we quote a term, we quote the operator’s own terms page as it read on the date shown at the top of the article.
Numbers
We publish a number only if we have seen it ourselves or it is stated by the operator. We do not round a bonus up, invent a payout percentage, or copy a figure from another review site. Where a figure could not be confirmed, the page says so instead of guessing.
Corrections
Mistakes are fixed on the page that carried them, and the “last checked” date moves when the text changes. If the error changed the meaning of a recommendation, we say what changed at the foot of the page.
What we will not do
- Invent a reader review, a star rating or a testimonial.
- Claim a licence, an award or a partnership the site does not have.
- Push anyone to gamble. New Zealand law does not allow offshore casinos to advertise here, and this site is a record of what we found, not an invitation.
